In a Design + Build project we collaborate from the start, allowing you to hire just one firm to take on both the design and contracting work of the project. General Contractor

Hiring us as General Contractor on a project means that all work will be performed by, or subcontracted and supervised by, Blue Sky Builders. We will pay all the suppliers and subcontractors directly and bill the owner in draws, as per the Construction Agreement. The actual contract between our company and the owner may be either fixed price or time and materials.
